Fran Fran Conklin is the Program Manager for Hospice Minnesota. Fran has a Master of Arts in Teaching from Northwestern University. She has taught high school English, worked as a county case manager, and directed education and support services for the Brain Injury Association of Minnesota. She helped develop and pilot Hospice Minnesota?s Conversations That Matter and Advance Care Planning training programs.
