| Karen Karen Giles-Smith M.S., R.D. is the Manager of Nutrition Communications for the Dairy Council of Michigan/United Dairy Industry of Michigan (UDIM). She has worked for UDIM for twelve years and as a clinical dietitian at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan for three years. Karen is active in the Michigan Dietetic Association and the Lansing Dietetic Association and received the 2003 Registered Dietitian of the Year award from the Michigan Dietetic Association. She enjoys camping, hiking, boating, biking, jogging, gardening, and cooking. |
