Do you have any free courses?
- With our refer-a-friend program, you can earn free hours by having your friends sign up and enter your Login ID or email address in the 'referred by' area of the sign up form. When they make a payment and take a course, you get a free hour!
I can't register/take a course?
- CEU4U has noticed some version of Internet Explorer 6.0 that have difficulty with different types of cookies. There are both session cookies and persistent cookies. CEU4U uses both, depending on which you select when logging in. Session cookies save no information on your computer. Persistent cookies save your basic login information so when returning to the site, you don't need to log in again. Internet Explorer 6 has a documented bug with certain types of these cookies. Clearing your Temporary Internet Files and/or Cookies can usually fix this.
I'm having trouble logging in.
- If you just signed up, check your email for the welcome email from CEU4U. This email will have your Login ID and Password for your records. Once logged in, you can change your password at any time.
- Your Login ID is either the login that was supplied to you when you sign up, or your email address. If you have forgotten your login information, just click on Login and have the system email your password by typing in the email address you registered with.
I'm having trouble on the sign up page / signing up with CEU4U / putting in all the correct information in the sign up page?
- Make sure you fill out all items that are required. If you do not wish to enter the last four digits of your social security number (some certificates require identification) then use your professional license number in that field, instead.
- You must have javascript enabled to sign up with CEU4U. There are also a number of functions used throughout the website that use javascript. All the latest browsers allow basic javascript functions, unless you've explicitly turned them off in your browser options.
